Cold-Brew Holiday Drink
‘Tis the season to stay in, cozy up on the couch and add a little holiday cheer to your everyday coffee drink! Living in Austin means our winters can go from 30 to 80 degrees within days…which is why it’s nice to have a pack of Chameleon Cold-Brew Pods on hand. Brew your own cold-brew organic coffee (which is delicious and SO easy to do!), or heat the cold-brew and add in a little steamed milk (…and some eggnog, mmm) then sprinkle a dash of cinnamon sugar over it and voila, you’ve just hit home barista status! 😉
Hello there! How’s your week going? I’ve been a busy bee around here finishing up my last projects of 2017. I’ve got one final collaboration in the works and am excited to share that before the new year! It’s so crazy how quickly 2017 flew by…and I don’t know about you, but I sure am looking forward to a fresh start in 2018. Always love that “new beginnings” feeling.
The color combo that’s always in style: black & white. In 2017 one of my small wardrobe goals was to incorporate more black pieces into my outfits…and I am excited to say that by late December I finally feel comfortable in (and actually gravitate towards) it when getting dressed these days! (…Which is a big deal considering my serious obsession with tan everything!).
Ohh this wrap dress with a leather jacket – I kind of died a bit when I put the two together, it is truly a showstopper combination! As we inch closer to the holidays, I’m excited to have my friends back in Austin…which means lots of dinners, cocktail hours around town (…and lots of excuses to rock some adorable outfits! 😉 ).
Come on in and cozy up! The countdown to Christmas is just days away (…not going to worry about that lengthy holiday shopping list I still have to get to…haha ah!), and what’s more relaxing than throwing on some ultra soft pajamas, plush slippers and sipping coffee while surrounded by holiday decor with some Christmas tunes in the background? I know I know…we haven’t even reached Christmas yet and I am about to bring up New Years Eve…! BUT hear me out… Isn’t it always SO relieving to plan ahead and not be scrounging for something to wear? (…It’s also relieving not to make your house a total mess while doing so haha…I am definitely guilty of emptying my closet and shouting “I have nothing to wear!” five minutes before we have to leave…). Happy weekend, friends! I hope y’all had a wonderful week…between traveling, finishing up a few collaborations and spending some time brainstorming future LL posts (lots of good stuff in the works!!), I am looking forward to spending quality time with Blake and just enjoy being home! Saturday mornings are my favorite…hot coffee, pajamas, Watson cuddles…always good stuff to wake up to. We are also hoping to finish up our gallery wall in the family room this weekend – just need a few more frames and we should be good to go! Excited to share more home decor posts in 2018. 🙂
