A Swoon-Worthy Blouse

If there is one brand that does blouses right, it is most certainly Sézane. In fact, the row of beloved blouses in my closet are nearly all by Sézane! Remember this one and this one? Years later and I still gravitate towards a beautifully textured white blouse – such a classic. Bonus points because you can wear it to elevate denim shorts or jeans…my favorite. 😉

In the summer, I live in shorts…Texas is hot, to say the least! I love the fun 70s feel of the Rome Shorts. They come in an array of colors (white, khaki, floral, so many fun ones) but you can’t go wrong with denim. I’m wearing a 2 and they fit great! The shorts close with a clasp, but the belt is actually nice because you can tighten or loosen to your waistline as needed.

How lovely is the Celestia Blouse? The high neckline, darling eyelet pattern and scalloped embroidered trim really sealed the deal for me. It is such a beautiful and special piece! The bottom is equally gorgeous, you can see it here, I just tucked it into my shorts for this outfit. I think it would also be super fun untucked with flared jeans and some platform mules. For size reference, I am wearing size 2.

Finally, all the fun accessories and shoes! Major heart eyes for these cat-eye Chiara Sunglasses. Ordering sunglasses online can be tricky and I was thrilled to try these on and LOVE them! They feel very high quality and oh my goodness that quilted case is just adorable, too. Sézane is one of my favorites for handbags (trust me, every. single. one. is drool-worthy!) and I have seen the beautiful Heritage Victor Handbag on Pinterest for years and always loved it. It’s just as gorgeous in person, trust me! I think the silhouette adds subtle charm to any outfit. My shoes are the Isabelle Clogs and they’re comfortable and so pretty, very easy to dress up or down. Also love that clogs have made a big comeback, they’re so fun! They fit TTS.
